Globally recognized as a “Top Leadership Talent” in a company of 45,000 employees, she brings exceptional expertise to every role. Ms. Lee holds a BCom degree and a Senior Executive Leadership Diploma.
Sanele is a seasoned financial services practitioner with over 20 years of experience in specialist, executive, and advisory roles across government and private sectors. His career highlights include leading the Transnet Pension Fund’s DB to DC conversion, serving as COO at the Mineworkers Provident Fund, and managing large teams at Sanlam and Old Mutual. Currently heading SAN Advisory Solutions, Sanele provides strategic guidance to public and private entities. He holds a BCom and a project management certificate.
Kgosietsile Tsintsing (Kgosi) is a financial professional with expertise in financial modeling, investment management, and data analysis. He holds a BCom Honours in Business Finance from Wits University and has completed CFA Level I. Currently an Associate Director at San Capital Partners, Kgosi specializes in capital raising, market feasibility, and transaction advisory. His previous experience includes equity trading and investment management at Investec. Kgosi delivers innovative financial solutions.
James Longmore is a tax and compliance professional with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Free State, specializing in tax and financial planning law. With over five years of experience in legal and regulatory roles, he has expertise in tax compliance, litigation, and indirect tax solutions across the UK and EU. James has held positions at Gert Nel Incorporated, providing legal counsel and trial support, and VAT IT Compliance, managing international VAT filings and audits.
Akhona is a capital raising and business development specialist with experience in financial services, engineering, and mining. She has led funding initiatives for SMMEs, managed construction projects across Africa, and spearheaded an MTN ZTE maintenance project. Akhona also directs a mining and maintenance company and runs financial education workshops focused on women and youth. She holds a BComm in Financial Planning from Nelson Mandela University.
